What are the signs of Pelvic Floor Issues?

  • Urinary incontinence/frequency
  • Constipation/fecal incontinence
  • Tailbone pain
  • Night time urination (more than 1 per night)
  • Pelvic pain- associated with tampon use, sex
  • Diastasis Recti (separation of abdomen muscles

How is it treated?

Patients should expect a 2 hour intake evaluation to assess hip/back mobility, assess abdominal separation, potential internal pelvic exam.

After intake, patients will meet with one of 2 trained therapists once a week for education and exercise. Treatment is completed within 1-3 months.

  • Post chemo/radiation patients
  • Pre and post partum patients
  • Those experiencing prolapse
  • Post-hysterectomy patients
  • Those experiencing any of the above-mentioned ailments
