Risk Management

The North Central Kansas Medical Center Risk Management Program is designed to assure that the standard of care by the staff is maintained at an acceptable level, to reduce the risk of patient injury and to minimize loss. Data from occurrences are reviewed and utilized as an opportunity to make quality improvements through education and change.
